Day 2,3,4 Surprise honey we are going out of town!
Well after my carefully planed meals for the weekend went out the window. I told hubby we need to pack a cooler and snacks for the road. Trying to think heathy and low cal. He states it is only a 4 hour drive we will stop twice and not snack but have dinner where we can all get something good for us. That bringing snacks would cause us to mindlessly eat. Well I agreeed and quickly packed. OH Yeah we are going to see are friends in Tenn. They are a very active couple and sould not have a lot of junk food in the house. I am jazzed because we have not see them in a couple of years and I should be able to eat right and get some exercise. Guess What It all worked out ! I ate small healthy portions (lots of veggies and fruit) and walked all over the place .The kids played hard with there Daughter!!!
We are planing to go TENT camping with them in June! Looking very forward to that! Just got back very tired by in a good way. Weighing in monday am and looking forward to the ROCKSTAR challange of the week.

Oh Wow, you did a very good job! I’m so happy for you! Tent camping is FUN! You can get lots of exercise with that!
